Taking the backseat...

Maison was listening to/watching her new iPod in the car yesterday, not realizing she had her headphones on, I started chatting away, asking about her day... When she realized I was talking to her, she pulled the earphones off and said "Mommy, I really want to listen to you, really I do, but how about we wait till we get home and then you can tell me all about it. Is that a deal?". It use to be I couldn't get a word in, now I'm being put off... Gotta love technology!
